Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We ship to all 50 US states. Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays and customs processing.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Rates We offer free shipping on all US orders over $99.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or your package appears to be lost, please contact us at contact@steamli.shop and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Wrong Address Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@steamli.shop — we can only make changes before the order has been processed.
