How long does shipping take? We ship from our fulfillment partners, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow it the whole way.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when we expand, feel free to reach out via our contact page.


How many eggs can the steamer hold? The steamer holds up to 6 large eggs at once — great for individuals and families alike, and perfect for weekly meal prep.

Can I cook soft-boiled eggs, not just hard-boiled? Yes! The steamer is fantastic for both soft and hard boiled eggs.

Is the egg steamer BPA-free? Yes. All parts that come into contact with food are made from BPA-free, food-grade materials.

Is it dishwasher safe? The egg tray and lid are dishwasher safe. The base unit should be wiped clean with a damp cloth — do not submerge it.


How do I place an order? Click Add to Cart on the product page, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping and payment details. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.

Is checkout secure? Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout — your information is never stored or shared.


What's your return policy? We do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return anything.

My order hasn't arrived yet — what do I do? First, check your tracking link (sent in your shipping confirmation email). If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package appears lost, contact us at contact@steamli.shop and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

The product arrived damaged — what do I do? We're sorry to hear that. Email us at contact@steamli.shop with a photo of the damage and your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
